What makes it different

Permissions are derived from your actual position in the family tree — not assigned roles. The app computes your relationship to every person and uses that to decide what you can edit.

100+ Family members
5+ Generations
Consent-based Privacy model

A collaborative family tree app where family members sign in, claim their identity, and get editing rights based on their actual position in the tree. Features a visual pedigree chart, computed relationship labels, a story timeline, photo galleries with face tagging, and consent-based privacy.

Permissions are derived from your real family position, not assigned roles. The app computes your relationship to every person and uses that to determine what you can edit. Living people are protected by default; deceased relatives unlock for close family.

01

Visual pedigree chart

Interactive family tree visualization that shows relationships, generations, and branches in a clean pedigree layout.

02

Position-based permissions

Editing rights are computed from your real position in the family tree — not assigned roles. Your relationship to each person determines what you can edit.

03

Story timeline

Family members can add stories, memories, and historical notes to a shared timeline attached to individuals or events.

04

Photo galleries with face tagging

Upload family photos and tag faces to link them to people in the tree. Photos appear on each person's profile.

05

Consent-based privacy

Living people are protected by default. Deceased relatives unlock for close family members based on computed relationship distance.

Can anyone sign up?

This is a private family app. New members need to be invited by an existing family member.

How are editing permissions determined?

The app computes your actual relationship to every person in the tree. Close relatives get editing access; distant relatives get view-only access to living people.

Can I add photos of deceased relatives?

Yes. Deceased relatives are open for close family to add photos, stories, and biographical details.

Is the data backed up?

All data is stored in Firebase with automatic backups and redundancy.
