Customer Care Bot
Support replies drafted from your real Shopify orders
It doesn't send anything on its own. The bot reads an incoming support email, looks up the customer's real order in Shopify, and drafts a reply in Gmail with the actual order context filled in — so answering a 'where's my order?' email is a review-and-send, not a copy-paste hunt across tabs.
Customer Care Bot takes the tab-hunting out of Shopify support. A ‘where’s my order?’ email usually means jumping from Gmail to the Shopify admin, finding the order, checking the status, and typing it all back out. This bot collapses that into a review-and-send.
It reads the incoming support email, looks the customer up in Shopify, and drafts a Gmail reply with the real order context already filled in. Crucially, it never sends on its own — every reply lands as a draft for a human to check and send. Access is limited to approved admin Google accounts, and the Shopify lookup and drafting behavior are configurable from a settings panel.
Grounded in real orders
For each support email, the bot looks up the customer's order in Shopify so the draft references the actual status, items, and details — not a generic template.
Drafts straight into Gmail
Replies land as Gmail drafts for a human to review, adjust, and send. Nothing goes out automatically.
Admin-gated by design
Only approved admin Google accounts can sign in and manage the drafting and lookup settings.
Configurable lookup and tone
Control how Shopify lookups run and how drafts are written from the settings panel.
A support email comes in
The bot reads the incoming customer message from the connected Gmail inbox.
Shopify fills in the context
It matches the customer to their order and pulls the real status and details.
You review and send
A drafted reply with the order context appears in Gmail. A human approves and sends it.
Does it send emails automatically?
No. It writes Gmail drafts with the order context filled in. A human reviews and sends every reply.
How does it know the order details?
It looks the customer up in Shopify in real time, so the draft references the actual order rather than a canned template.
Who can use it?
Sign-in is limited to approved admin Google accounts.
