GoBooth CRM
Booking follow-ups that run themselves, on top of CheckCherry
Built on top of CheckCherry instead of replacing it. Bookings sync in, and a rules engine decides which follow-up each customer gets next, with a human approval queue and pre-send checks before anything leaves the outbox.
GoBooth CRM is a follow-up automation engine that sits on top of CheckCherry for two photobooth businesses, GoBooth and Photobooth Decor. It syncs bookings in, then runs email journeys, loyalty tiers, and newsletters from those records.
Every outgoing message passes pre-send checks, and messages that need a human go through an approval queue first. The web app is Next.js 16, and the engine runs as 48 Firebase Cloud Functions over Firestore, with integrations for CheckCherry, Gmail, Brevo, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
Email journeys driven by booking data
Bookings and event dates sync from CheckCherry. The engine enrolls each customer in the right journey and times every message against the event.
Loyalty tiers
Repeat customers move through loyalty tiers automatically, and tier changes feed the follow-up they receive.
Newsletters
Newsletter sends run from the same customer records as the journeys, so one list stays the source of truth.
Approval queue and pre-send checks
Drafted messages wait in an approval queue. Pre-send checks review copy quality and event details before a send is allowed.
One engine, two brands
GoBooth and Photobooth Decor run separate journeys and templates on the same engine.
Sync from CheckCherry
Bookings, customers, and event dates flow in from CheckCherry on a schedule.
Decide the next message
The rules engine picks the journey step, loyalty action, or newsletter that applies to each customer.
Approve and send
Messages pass pre-send checks, wait for approval where required, then go out through Gmail or Brevo.
Does it replace CheckCherry?
No. CheckCherry stays the booking system. The CRM reads from it and handles the follow-up CheckCherry does not.
Which services does it connect to?
CheckCherry, Gmail, Brevo, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
Can other operators use it?
Not today. It is an internal tool for GoBooth and Photobooth Decor.
